When You're an Early Tech Adopter

1 min read

And you're not a tech person....

Last week I decided to sign up for Story Chief and see how I could use it to give me back time in my business, through the use of tech.

I have to confess I have never used fancy schedulers like Hoot Suite or Meet Edgar before, it felt like cheating somehow: or thats what I told myself.

But I was lying to myself.

I was scared of the tech and a few years ago, getting a VA to schedule for me wasn't even on my radar.

So I avoided it all and did it ALL MANUALLY! (Minus FB page scheduling and even that has only been the last year)

So here we are.

I'm going forth bravely into new territory and testing this software out and have people waiting back for me to report to them its effectiveness! hahahaha

So what am I sharing this with you?

Because this is the TEST ARTICLE! Thats the first reason.

But mostly because I wanted to encourage you to go for it.

  • Test out new things.
  • Find a way to be more than the doubts, fears and worries that hold you back from taking action.
  • Stretch yourself to be an early adopter because while being first may be scary it also gives you something others miss out on: belief.

When you find a way to work through something that in the past has caused you discomfort, you grow.

The only way to know for sure if to complete the action.

And this is not only with technology.
